We began researching small acreage ranching in 2011.  Our research brought us to discover the intreging breed of the Huacaya Alpacas  The fiber is luxuriously soft, dense, and hypo allergenic.  The ease of care for the herd and breeding for quality of animal and fleece intrigue us.  We are working with another local breeder to build a herd that produces quality fiber and alpaca.  The breeding for dense fiber with a crimp and uniformity in structure is our goal.
